Thermal insulation strips are key accessories that enhance the performance of system doors and windows. They not only affect the quality of profiles, but also have a fundamental impact on the wind pressure resistance, water tightness, air tightness, insulation, and other properties of doors and windows. They play a crucial role in the quality of system doors and windows. Therefore, it is often said that "small strips can save energy by relying on them". Generally speaking, more than 50% of building energy loss is caused by the loss of doors and windows, while the insulation strip, which accounts for only about 4% of the cost of doors and windows, affects more than 50% of the insulation effect of aluminum alloy doors and windows. The importance of insulation strips is self-evident. At present, there are three types of insulation strips for aluminum alloy doors and windows of the bridge, one using PVC (polyvinyl chloride) as the raw material, one using PU (polyurethane) as the raw material, and the other using PA (polyamide, commonly known as nylon) as the raw material. PVC insulation strip and PA insulation strip are both extrusion processes, while PU adhesive strip is injection molding process. The insulation strips all present a black matte color, and are usually labeled with the manufacturer's trademark, product specifications, production batch number, and other laser jet codes every 60~80cm on the strip body. The overall appearance is smooth and flat, without shrinkage holes, looseness, and scratches or mold extrusion marks. When we look closely at the light, we can see mineral luster. Of course, there are no mold line marks on the end face of the insulation strip head.
